How much does an exchange cost? Nothing. Exchanges are 100% free.

What warranty do your jewelry pieces have? All our pieces are covered by a warranty against any manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong on our end, we fix it. Period.

What if the color fades over time?– If your jewelry is silver-finished, you have a lifetime color warranty.– If it is gold-plated, we cover you for 2 years to ensure the color stays perfect.

What is not covered by the warranty? Wear and tear from misuse, chemical products, or damages from impact are not covered. Take care of them as you would your own skin: with love.

What materials are the jewelry pieces made of? We use stainless steel and sterling silver. Some pieces are gold-plated. Everything is designed to last, shine, and be hypoallergenic.

Do the jewelry pieces get ruined? If you take care of them, no. Plus, all silver-finished jewelry has a lifetime color warranty. Gold-plated pieces are covered for 2 years. We don't play around with that.
